Terms & Conditions:

• All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subject to room availability.
• Rates are inclusive of 5% Service Charge.
• Check-in time is after 15:00 – 20:00 hours and Check-out time is at 07:00 -12:00 hours. Our reception hours are 07:00 – 22:00 hours, 7 days a week. Please advise our friendly staff if your arrival time will be outside of these hours.
• Daily housekeeping time 10.00am – 5.00pm.
• Late check-out charges at RM40 nett per hour.
• All children under 10 years old stay free-of charge when using existing beds with a maximum capacity as listed above. Extra person will be charged RM60 nett per person.
• Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival will incur the first night/s charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as NO-SHOW and will incur the first 1 night/s charge (Hotel Policy).
• A NO-SHOW will be treated as cancellation and you will be billed accordingly.
• Special rate is available for short or long-term stay or if you would like to book the whole block.
